I spent a large chunk of the weekend with my new Sony Alpha DSLR-A200. Reading the manual, touching the camera, feeling it, thinking about it. I took some pictures with it too. And then I took some more pictures. I had been considering getting an SLR for some time and was finally moved to make a purchase by the fun I had taking pictures with my old Canon PowerShot S20 at Terrastock last weekend. I’m pleased with the purchase and the quality of the images “out of the box” and looking forward to digging deeper and getting creative again.
